PageLaunch Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

Welcome to PageLaunch. By signing up for our services, you are entering into a managed partnership designed to professionalise and grow your digital presence. You agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided & Dual-Site Ecosystem

PageLaunch provides a sophisticated, interconnected two-site architecture:

  • Your Primary Website (The Anchor): Your permanent brand headquarters, professionally designed and mobile-responsive. This site is built for high-end presentation and long-term stability.
  • Your Interactive Growth Hub (The Dynamic Portal): Your interactive engine for daily activity. This is your "Social/Live" extension where you have 24/7 access to update project photos, announcements, and "Live Feed" activity.
  • Synchronisation: We integrate a "Live Updates" section on your Anchor site that feeds directly from your Growth Hub, creating a powerful SEO loop to signal that your presence is active.
  • Nature of Service (Non-E-commerce): PageLaunch is designed as a professional brand headquarters and lead-generation ecosystem. The service does not include transactional e-commerce functionality, such as native shopping carts, inventory management systems, or integrated retail payment gateways for physical goods. While you may link to third-party booking or payment tools, the Anchor and Growth Hub sites are not intended for use as high-volume retail storefronts.

2. Site Architecture & Deliverables: The Service provides a precision-engineered two-page digital architecture. This comprises:

  • Primary Launch Page: A high-performance landing page containing up to ten (10) integrated content sections (specifically: Hero Banner, About Us, Services/Portfolio, Gallery, Testimonials, Live Updates, Contact Us, Header, and Footer).
  • Compliance Page: A secondary page dedicated to your Terms, Policies, and legal requirements.
  • Technical Standard: All sites include mobile-responsive optimisation and secure hosting as part of the managed environment. Any structural additions or sections beyond this framework are considered "Out of Scope" and will require a separate quotation.

3. Development & Revision Policy

To ensure a high-end result and a timely launch, we operate a structured two-stage revision process for your Anchor Site:

  • Round One (Structural): You may request significant adjustments to the layout, colour schemes, and section ordering (covering up to 50% of the initial design).
  • Round Two (Refinement): You may request final minor adjustments to text, specific imagery, or positioning (covering up to 25% of the site’s detail).
  • Final Approval: Once these rounds are complete, the site is considered "Live and Approved." Further structural changes may incur professional service fees.

4. Performance & System Integrity (The "No Login" Policy)

PageLaunch is a Fully Managed Service. To guarantee that your Anchor site remains lightning-fast, secure, and optimised, we maintain exclusive administrative access to its backend.

  • Stability Guarantee: Modern web systems are delicate. Unauthorised technical "tinkering" can lead to layout breakdowns and critical system damage. This policy is designed to protect your presence and save you the time and financial costs associated with repairing self-inflicted technical errors.
  • The Growth Hub Advantage: We provide you with full access to your Growth Hub, specifically designed for intuitive, risk-free daily updates.

5. Fixed Rate Commitment & Subscription Terms

  • Our Promise: Our goal is to keep PageLaunch accessible and affordable. Your £10/month rate is intended to remain fixed for the foreseeable future. We value long-term partnerships and will only review our pricing structure in the event of major external shifts.
  • Transparency: Should any adjustments ever be required, we guarantee full transparency and a minimum of 60 days' notice via email.
  • Fees & Setup: You agree to pay the one-time setup fee and the recurring monthly subscription fee as advertised at the time of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month via the payment method on file (Stripe) unless cancelled.

6. Domain Stewardship & Equity

You retain full legal ownership and equity of any domain name purchased or transferred for use with our service.

  • Management: For the duration of your subscription, PageLaunch will manage the domain within our secure systems to ensure seamless integration and SSL security.
  • Transfer: Upon cancellation, the domain will be transferred to an account of your choice upon request, provided all outstanding fees are settled. The client is responsible for any third-party registrar transfer fees.

7. Proprietary Framework & Licence

The website architecture, custom design elements, and technical framework are provided as a Managed Service. While the Client retains full ownership of their provided branding, trademarks, and original content, the underlying technical assembly remains the exclusive property of PageLaunch. The Client is granted a non-transferable licence to use the site solely within the PageLaunch ecosystem for the duration of an active subscription.

8. Content Ownership & Prohibited Use

You retain full ownership of the text, images, and data you upload. However, you agree not to use PageLaunch for the following prohibited categories:

  • Adult Content: Including sexually explicit material or adult-themed services.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence or discriminates based on race, religion, disability, gender, or orientation.
  • Gambling & Speculation: Including online casinos, sports betting, or "get-rich-quick" schemes.
  • Regulated & Illicit Goods: The promotion of weapons, tobacco, vaping, CBD, or unverified pharmaceuticals.
  • Deceptive Practices: Including phishing, MLM scams, or malicious software.
  • General Misuse: PageLaunch reserves the right to terminate any site violating these standards without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability & Termination

  • Liability: PageLaunch is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages resulting from server downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures (e.g., Google or Stripe). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the last month.
  • Termination: You may cancel at any time. We may terminate access immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Anchor and Growth Hub will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Hosting Continuity & Non-Portability: Access to the live website is strictly contingent upon the receipt of timely monthly hosting and management payments.
  • Service Retirement: In the event of a payment failure or subscription cancellation, the website will be removed from the live servers. PageLaunch is not responsible for maintaining or archiving site data following the cessation of a subscription.
  • Non-Portability: Due to the proprietary nature of our high-performance infrastructure, websites are non-portable. The site cannot be exported, migrated, or transferred to third-party hosting providers or external platforms. Upon termination, the digital presence associated with the subscription will be retired.
