How Your PageLaunch Engine Works

Welcome to PageLaunch. To ensure your business gets the maximum benefit from our platform, and to keep our processes running smoothly, here is exactly how your new digital setup operates.

1. Your Two-Part Digital Engine

When you join PageLaunch, you are not just getting a website; you are getting a complete digital ecosystem divided into two parts:


  • The Main Website: This is your premium, custom-branded shop window. It is connected to your custom domain and is designed to look incredible and convert visitors into customers.


  • The PageLaunch Hub: This is your secure member portal and SEO engine. It is where your business actively lives and breathes online.


2. Managing Your Content & Making Changes

To maintain the high-end design and performance of your Main Website, structural and design changes are strictly limited.


  • The Main Website is Static: This site is for your permanent information. We only recommend updating this site for essential changes, such as a new phone number or a change in your core services.


  • The Hub is Dynamic: A dedicated link on your Main Website will direct you to your Hub login. Your Hub is where all regular updates should occur. You have full control here to publish company news, upload fresh photo galleries, post job listings, advertise events, list products, and manage customer messages. Search engines love active Hubs!


3. Domain Ownership & Renewals

You retain 100% ownership of your custom web address (domain name).


  • To make your launch entirely frictionless, PageLaunch acquires and configures your domain on your behalf, and we manage the annual renewal billing so you do not have to worry about technical settings.


  • We do not make any profit on your domain name. We simply secure it at cost to ensure your site stays online.


  • You will receive a reminder email from us approximately one month prior to your domain's annual expiry date.


  • Should you ever wish to move on from PageLaunch, your domain goes with you. We will happily transfer it directly into your own registrar account (such as Namecheap) with zero hassle.


4. Subscriptions, Billing & Support


  • Self-Service Billing: You can view your current PageLaunch subscription, update your payment card, and download your invoices directly from within your PageLaunch Hub dashboard.


  • Getting Help: If you need technical assistance or have a question about your account, our team is available via email at support@pagelaunch.co. We aim to respond to all standard queries within 24 to 48 business hours.


5. Website Hosting & Portability

Your Main Website is built on our proprietary PageLaunch framework to guarantee lightning-fast loading speeds and top-tier security. Because it relies on our specific infrastructure, the website design itself cannot be exported or migrated to another host (like WordPress or Wix) if you choose to cancel your subscription. You will, of course, always take your custom domain with you.
